James Analytics is an AI-powered financial planning and analysis (FP&A) platform designed for small and medium-sized businesses. The Service includes financial statement generation, data visualization, AI-powered insights, and related features.

4. Subscription and Billing
The Service offers a 7-day free trial. After the trial period, continued access requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed monthly and automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

You agree not to misuse the Service or help anyone else do so. You may not attempt to access the Service using any method other than the interface and instructions we provide. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
